We started our search while still living out-of-state and Jeff took the time to visit potential properties and send us walk-through videos that were extremely helpful. we know Jeff Schemmel of Upside Properties through an investor forum, and have found him extremely knowledgeable and insightful. His experience house-hacking is also invaluable in analyzing options, and in providing first-hand experience and recommendations for tradespeople.
